Boutique NDIS Support and Services
The Caton Connection was started in 2020 to acknowledge and service an identified gap in providing support for those with both visible an invisible disabilities and their support network.
Our vision is simple: Provide participants and their family unit with the confidence to engage with others and connect both within their homes and their community.
The Caton Connection does this through a service delivery model that allows the participant and their family unit to recognise and emphasise key skills that will help the participant to engage and interact with the wider community.
We will also facilitate informal supports, network building, and participation in social settings through collaboration with other service providers.
With our unique approach, we are able to offer boutique support and service to individuals and families in the Southern and Darling Downs Regions. We offer group based activities and one on one support in home and the community. At The Caton Connection we find ways to encourage connection, inclusiveness and support for children and young people that provides a sense of self and achievement.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our clients exercise choice and control over all aspects of their daily lives. We support our clients with an assurance that comes from genuine care, and this is extended to the family unit as the basis of each individuals support network.
